BLOGGING AND SOCIAL MEDIA:
Practical Tips and Why It Matters to Enneagrammers

webinar graphicPresented by Leslie Hershberger
Hosted by Tina Heck

Wednesday, December 7
9 am Pacific
Free to EANT members; $30/nonmembers

tinaYou care so much about the Enneagram and you want to find meaningful ways to bring it to the world, right? One of the most obvious avenues seems to be social media and blogging. Yet the Wild West of the Internet can be intimidating. It can tap into your type structure and fears around connection, safety and control. Many variables can impact how you decide to put your work and your voice out there.

leslieWe've asked Leslie Hershberger to join us for a conversation about navigating the landscape of blogging and social media. Leslie created the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition Facebook page and our Twitter feed. She curated articles and images, and wrote posts for the Enneagram Narrative Community, and has done the same for the IEA and Integral Life. She also has been writing and blogging for 15 years, and found that connecting with an audience online helped her invite people to the Enneagram work and to her other fields of interest.

In this webinar, she'll share insights she's gained along the way, mistakes she's made (she's still learning on the fly) and practical tips about Google analytics, blogging, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. She'll answer your questions and offer some simple do's and don'ts. We hope you'll join us on December 7 for this free benefit for EANT members! (Nonmembers can join for $30).

Join us in Tucson, January 12-15, for the 2017 EANT Retreat! As a student and/or practitioner of the Enneagram, you already know of its psychological, emotional, somatic and spiritual growth opportunities. During the Enneagram and Inner Practices Retreat, we will explore awakening to the co-creative nature of life that invites us to participate more fully in each moment. The weekend will include guided, three-centered practices anchored in embodied presence, including:

  • Breathwork and qi gong with Tina Heck and Bill Schaffer
  • Holy Idea postures with Ruth Hill
  • Community movement with Gloria Cuevas Barnett and Monirah Womack

The 2017 retreat also will include time for introspection and reflection on your own, within small groups, and in the larger community.

The Redemptorist Renewal Center, located in the foothills of the beautiful Sonoran Desert, with adjacent access to Saguaro National Park, offers a tranquil setting for self-reflection and meditation. And we'll wrap up each day with evening gatherings and quiet music or gentle movement.

Our intention is to help you work with the Enneagram within yourself. We'll take what we have learned and put it into practice to go deeper with this transformative material. By deepening your own experience, you can increase your capacity to be present with yourself, to deepen your presence as you teach, to lead these practices with others, or simply to be with others with more understanding.
